1. Technical Parameters of Corn Before Corn Flaking

- Bulk Density: 680-720 kg/m³, consistent with the bulk density of the corn material

- Overview: Corn undergoes front-end cleaning and conditioning (50-60 minutes) where the moisture content is increased from 13.5% to 17-18.5%. It then enters the flaking mill vertically from the conditioning tower for corn flaking.
