Project cases
●All parts (where the processing materials are touched) and the outer shell are made of SS304, making it corrosion-resistant and more durable.
●Fully enclosed design with all sealing strips made in Germany. It operates cleanly and safely, without steam or dust overflows.
●The base, welded from 45# carbon steel and quenched, offers stable and powerful support for the machine.
●The square-bearing pedestals provide better stability and guarantee continuous and stable production.
●The Gear Unit (internationally renowned brand SEW) provides continuous and stable power for the feeding roller.
●Using the hydraulic system, the output can be easily adjusted.
●We customize different surface textures of the feeding roll for different processing materials to achieve the best feeding performance.
●Compared with the 3000 Gauss ordinary magnets used by other brands, the BellaEx corn flaking machine selects 10000 Gauss (optional) strong permanent magnets.
●The cost is five times that of ordinary magnets. But we think it’s worth it!
●It can effectively remove the iron impurities in the raw materials and better protect the rolls, the core component of the flaking mill, which ensures continuous production and reduces the time wastes and economic losses of buyers in terms of machinery stoppage and repair.
●PLC control system enables the machine to be operated automatically.
●The high-performance hydraulic pumping station enables users to easily and precisely adjust and control the thickness of the flakes. This technical function is a national patent.
●The hydraulic pumping station is equipped with an accumulator and an automatic hydraulic control system, enabling it to automatically operate intermittently and be more energy-efficient.
●We add disc springs as another protection for the rolls. When a hard metal object accidentally enters between the rollers, the disc springs buffer first, so that the rollers will not be damaged.
●Special customized bearings: temperature-measurable, high-temperature-resistant and with centralized lubrication.
●Each pulley has been subjected to balance detection. It has stable performance and is convenient to install and disassemble.
●The steam exhaust design allows the steam mixed in the materials entering from the previous process to be discharged, reducing the corrosion inside of the machine.
●The rolls are made of high-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. We usually use CHFI rolls. IRLE ORT rolls and Yenar rolls are optional.
●The shaft head is made of C45 steel.
●All rolls are subject to dynamic balance tests before being put into use so that each of them can meet the requirements of high-load processing.
