Cleaning

Conditioning
Conditioning aims to adjust the moisture and temperature of oilseeds and properly prepare them for pressing and extraction. We offer Vertical Seed Conditioner for oilseeds with good fluidity, such as soybean and rapeseed. For oilseeds with poor fluidity, a Horizontal Rotary Cooker or Vertical cooker is provided. The main equipment is a Vertical Seed Conditioner.
Cracking
In the oil pretreatment equipment, the crushing mill plays a vital role.
The Bellaex crushing mill can crush the oil raw materials into an appropriate particle size, increasing the surface area of the oil and thus creating favorable conditions for the subsequent processing steps.
