Sunlon Group, officially known as Beijing Sunlon Food Group Co., Ltd., was established in December 2017 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Committee and the municipal government, through the joint reorganization of Beijing Capital Agriculture Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Grain Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing ErShang Group Co., Ltd. In December 2018, Beijing approved restructuring the company as a state-owned capital investment company with nearly 60,000 employees and more than 500 affiliated enterprises.
Bellaex provides Steam Flaked corn cases production line solutions for Sunlon, including operation and maintenance, supplying German water tempering machines, conditioning towers, corn flaking mills, drying and cooling boxes, and other equipment, replacing the original equipment from American Flores and British AB companies. The production capacity has been increased from 130 tons per day (tpd) to 200 tpd.

Corn Flaking mills maintenance
Sunlon Group initially used Ferrell-Ross corn flaking mills for their Steam Flaked corn production line. However, after one year of use, the rollers began to experience peeling and chipping issues. From 2015 to 2020, the Bellaex team provided a complete set of high-performance corn flaking rollers, updated hydraulic pump stations, and equipment maintenance services. Our services have earned the trust of Sunlon Group.
Equipment retrofitting and upgrade
In 2021, Sunlon Group decided to increase the production line output, as the original 5 TPH was unable to meet customer demand. We provided a complete set of retrofitting and upgrading solutions.
The conditioning towers and dryers from the UK’s AB Company were replaced with Bellaex’s 8.5 TPH Steam Flaked corn conditioning towers and dryers.
The flaking mills from the United States’ Flores were replaced with the FC7150SF corn flaking mills.
The transformation was completed in three months, and the production capacity reached 8.5 TPH.

Sunlon Group
During the 10 years that Bellaex has served Sunlon Group, starting from the initial business of providing spare rollers, it has gradually expanded to the maintenance work of flaking production lines, and then to the business of replacing equipment on production lines. At present, all the complete set of flaked corn equipment of Sunlon Group has been replaced with Bellaex’s equipment.
In 2018, we upgraded the flaked corn watering process of Sunlon Group to the powerful tempering machine of German Vibronet.
In 2021, Sunlon replaced the international brand flaking machine/drying and cooling equipment with Bellaex brand, and the output was increased to 10 TPH.
