In May 2026, Bellaex’s 240 TPD corn flaking project in Changchun was officially put into operation, marking a new stage in the project’s development and production capacity. For this project, Bellaex delivered a complete corn flaking production line covering key process sections from raw grain feeding and conditioned grain preparation to flaking, drying, and discharge, providing solid support for a smooth production startup.
Following commissioning, the production line has been running steadily, with all key process indicators meeting the required standards. To support stable operation and consistent output, the project was equipped with a fully automatic PLC intelligent control system, together with real-time corn moisture monitoring and an intelligent water supply system, enabling more accurate process control throughout the production flow.
On-site installation of the project began in September 2023. During execution, the project advanced in phases in response to site planning and process optimization requirements, and was ultimately completed successfully for production startup.
