Nutripura Chairman Roberto Aguiar and Delegation Visit BellaEx for a Shandong Tour of Corn Flaking and Cattle Feeding Applications

On October 22, 2026, Roberto Aguiar, Chairman of Nutripura, and Leandro Soares Martins, R&D Director, visited BellaEx. Focusing on corn flaking, feed applications, and cattle farming practices, the BellaEx team organized and accompanied the delegation on an on-site industry tour in Shandong, China.

The visit included Shandong Lianying Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Dongying AustAsia Modern Cattle Farm. At Shandong Lianying, the delegation inspected a corn flaking production line manufactured by BellaEx and examined the finished flaked corn. The visit then continued to Dongying AustAsia Modern Cattle Farm, where the team further explored the practical use of flaked corn in cattle feeding and exchanged views on feeding systems and large-scale farm management.

Visiting Shandong Lianying to Observe Corn Flaking Line Performance

The first stop was Shandong Lianying Biotechnology Co., Ltd.At the production site, the Nutripura team observed the corn flaking line operating under actual production conditions and exchanged views with the BellaEx team on equipment operation, process integration, and the final flaking results.Roberto Aguiar and Leandro Soares Martins also examined and handled the finished flaked corn on site.

Roberto Aguiar said:“The corn flakes are very dry, with a well-formed and flat shape. The overall flaking result is very good.”

Leandro Soares Martins also paid close attention to the integrity and overall condition of the finished flakes, saying:“The flakes have good integrity and a consistent finished appearance. Being able to see the actual product directly from an operating production line is very valuable for us.”

Visiting Dongying AustAsia Modern Cattle Farm to Discuss Cattle Feeding and Farm Management

After the visit to Shandong Lianying, the delegation continued to Dongying AustAsia Modern Cattle Farm.At the farm, the Nutripura team first learned about AustAsia’s business, the farm’s general operations, cattle population, and herd structure, and also toured the cattle housing and daily management areas.The two sides focused on the farm’s feeding system, TMR rations, and the practical use of corn-based feed ingredients. Roberto Aguiar and Leandro Soares Martins also examined and handled the feed used on site and, drawing on their experience in Brazil’s livestock and feed industry, exchanged views on ingredient selection, ration application, and feeding practices in different markets.The discussions also extended to farm management, including herd breeding, health monitoring, and production efficiency management. Based on the actual operation of a large-scale cattle farm, both sides discussed how feeding practices and farm management work together in daily production.

From the Production Site to Practical Application

The Shandong tour covered two different but related practical settings.The discussions extended from corn flaking production to cattle farming and feed applications, making conversations around equipment performance, finished product quality, and actual feeding requirements more specific and practical.The visit also provided BellaEx and Nutripura with useful on-site reference for further discussions around corn flaking, feed applications, and related project requirements.
