On October 21, 2026, the 4th Annual Meeting and Industry Development Conference of the Oilseed Industry Branch of the China Association of Leading Enterprises for Agricultural Industrialization was held in Danzhou, Hainan. Liu Weihua, founder of the BellaEx manufacturing base and Vice Chairman of the Oilseed Industry Branch, was invited to attend the conference, together with representatives from industry associations, research institutions, and leading enterprises in the oils and oilseeds sector.
The conference was as part of China’s efforts to implement its food security strategy under the 15th Five-Year Plan, with discussions focusing on technology-driven development, high-quality industrial growth, intelligent production, and market diversification.

During the conference, the BellaEx team visited the factory of Hainan Ausca International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. to observe practical applications in smart manufacturing, digital quality management, oil refining, and packaging production lines.
From production equipment to digital quality control, grain and oil enterprises are continuing to strengthen automation and refined production management, reflecting the industry’s broader focus on equipment upgrading, stable production, and intelligent manufacturing.
