Bellaex Ships Salt Lick Block Production Line for Morocco Project
In July 2026, Bellaex completed the equipment supply and shipment stage for a salt lick block production line project in Morocco.
The equipment was configured for the production of 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg salt and mineral lick blocks for cattle and sheep. The project will next move into site preparation and installation in Morocco.
A Production Package for 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg Lick Blocks
The customer required a coordinated equipment package capable of producing three different lick block sizes. Based on the confirmed product requirements, Bellaex configured multi-size molds together with material mixing and feeding equipment, a hydraulic press, conveying components, shrink-film packing equipment, and related parts.
Bellaex worked with the customer to confirm the block specifications, mold configurations, equipment scope, packing method, and installation requirements. A layout drawing was also prepared to show the proposed positions of the hydraulic press and connected equipment within the available site space.
After the customer shared comments on the proposed layout, the Bellaex team reviewed the feedback and discussed the technical details internally. Based on the customer’s site conditions and installation requirements, the team refined the equipment arrangement and proposed a more suitable solution for the project.
Factory Testing and Export Coordination in China
After manufacturing was completed, Bellaex worked with its manufacturing partners to carry out factory testing and review the supplied equipment before shipment.
The testing covered equipment operation and power-on checks, hydraulic system movement, control system operation, mold fitting, and trial pressing of sample blocks. The team also confirmed the mold specifications and checked the supporting components and supplied quantities against the agreed project requirements.
Where further clarification was required, Bellaex coordinated with the relevant manufacturing partners and confirmed the necessary information with the customer before the equipment entered export preparation.
Following the testing and review, Bellaex arranged the consolidation of the equipment and components, followed by export packing, loading, and shipment. The complete project shipment was then dispatched to Morocco.
Next Stage: Site Preparation and Installation
Following shipment, the customer will proceed with site preparation and installation arrangements in Morocco. Bellaex will continue to provide the equipment information, layout references, and technical documentation required for the next stage according to the agreed service scope.
From confirming the product specifications and reviewing the proposed layout to coordinating factory testing and shipment, Bellaex kept the customer’s requirements aligned with the manufacturing work throughout the equipment supply stage. This provided the customer with a confirmed equipment scope, an updated layout reference, and supporting documents for the subsequent installation work in Morocco.
The project becomes another overseas reference for Bellaex in coordinating salt lick block production systems involving multiple machines and product specifications.
